A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have practiced various styles of yoga throughout the years including Sivananda , Bikram, Ashtanga , Iyengar, Power Yoga and others. My yoga teaching style is a mix of all those experiences. I combine fun flow (vinyasa) sequences with alignment based yoga, physically challenging poses and restorative poses, breath, and meditation techniques.
My goal is to empower my students through yoga. I tailor each class to my student's needs and encourage my students to challenge themselves while respecting their bodies.
I bring all the necessary equipment with me to my students' homes, allowing you to practice in an environment that feels safe and comfortable for you.
